Suzen's Farewell Party

Suzen group 2.jpg

Suzen's friends gathered on Saturday, May 10, 2008 to say farewell to Suzen and wish her well on her journey to Bali.

Today is Thursday, May 15 and Suzen has now arrived in Bali.  Her journey began on May 14 when she arose at 4:00AM to get ready for her trip to the airport.  She boarded her flight from Tampa to Chicago at 8:15AM on Weds and began her first leg of 22 hours of flying time to Bali.  She arrived on time in Chicago and boarded her next flight to Tokyo (12 hours in the air).  From Tokyo she boarded her flight to Bali (7 more hours in the air) and arrived in Bali at 10PM on Thurs - Bali time (10:00AM- EST).  We hope to hear from her soon after she recovers from her very long travels.

In the meantime please enjoy some of the photos below from her farewell party:

The above photo took photographer- Barry Alsobrook by surprise!  Take a look at the circles appearing above the heads of the group in the prayer circle.  There seems to be no explanation for this in the mind of the photographer.  There is a theory that will explain this.

See below for theory of "orbs" appearing during prayer circles.

LIGHT ANOMALIES -  Orbs

The orb is the most common form a spirit takes, perhaps it is easier for them to appear as such, but no one knows this for certain..

Photos of orbs are one of the things that can indicate the presence of a spirit. Orbs are balls of energy that are found in the semi infrared spectrum of light. They can be found anywhere but are found in much higher concentrations in areas where spirit activity has been reported. It is believed that cameras capture orbs because they are capturing an event in a split second, faster than the human eye can register.

Often a person will not see anything at the time of the photo. The camera actually captures the pure image, as it is, energy, without having a brain to interpret the data first. Digital cameras can also capture some ranges of infrared light and this is often the spectrum of light that orbs are found.

Auto focus cameras send an infrared beam out for a fraction of a second in order to measure the distance of an object from a camera. This infrared light enabled the orb to be seen by the camera for the split second the photo is snapped. Orbs are usually white but can also be red, orange, yellow, pink or black.

The orb is the most common form a spirit takes, perhaps it is easier for them to appear as such, but no one knows this for certain.. They can appear to have a solid mass or a swirling, geometric pattern in the center. They can be transparent or glowing balls of light floating in mid-air. Some have been photographed with 35 mm cameras, but mostly their images are captured on digital photographs. It has been said that orbs are the spirit energy that remains of what used to be a human being, while others speculate orbs are the vehicle form for spirits to travel at a fast speed.

They are intelligent and have interacted with the living on many occasions and are sometimes visible to the trained eye. Many researchers have seen orbs when asking them for pose for pictures! It is an amazing sight to behold! Some believe the colour of the orb reflects their mood and still others report that coloured orbs indicate active surroundings.

As Suzen awakens today (Friday, May 16- Indonesia) she will be in Bali with a much different view from that of her home in Sunset Beach, Florida.......  the photo below will be the most likely view for the next few days before she heads to Ubud- a cultural city where she will first reside and taste fresh coffee from Sumatra.  Stay tuned for more on her journey in Bali.
